Terms of use
These terms are an agreement between you and Infinity TechSolution (“we”, “us”) about the Robotron Windows app, the Robotron Bridge Android app, the licence service and this website. By installing Robotron or buying a plan you accept them.
1. The service
Robotron is an AI voice assistant that can control apps and websites on your Windows PC and, through the Bridge app, your Android phones. It uses AI services (Google Gemini, Groq) through API keys that you create and add; your use of those services is under their terms and limits, and any fees they charge are between you and them.
2. Plans and licences
- Chat is free. Every PC gets a small number of free action commands to try Robotron.
- A plan (Monthly ₹99 for 30 days, Yearly ₹999 for 365 days, or a coupon price) unlocks action commands on one PC for its period. It is a one-time payment and does not renew by itself.
- You can move a licence to another PC from the app up to twice a month. A licence may not be shared, resold or used on more than one PC at a time.
- Prices are in Indian rupees and include any applicable taxes shown at checkout. Payments are processed by Razorpay.
- Plans are not refundable, see the refund policy.
3. Using Robotron responsibly
- Use Robotron only on your own devices and accounts, or ones you are allowed to control.
- You are responsible for the messages it sends and the calls it makes for you. Robotron reads messages and calls back to you and waits for your confirmation; please check them before you say yes.
- Follow the terms of the apps and websites you use with it (for example WhatsApp, Amazon, YouTube). Do not use it for spam, harassment, fraud, or anything illegal.
- Robotron never types PINs or passwords and never makes payments or places orders for you. Do not try to make it do so.
4. AI can make mistakes
Robotron uses AI to understand speech, read screens and answer questions. It can mishear, misunderstand or give wrong answers, and websites and apps change. Check important information (prices, news, health, legal or financial matters) yourself. Robotron is not a substitute for professional advice.
5. Your data
How we handle data is explained in the privacy policy.
6. Updates and availability
We may update Robotron to fix problems or improve it. The service depends on third parties (Google, Groq, Microsoft, Razorpay, Cloudflare, app stores, the apps you control) and on your internet connection; we cannot promise it will always be available or work with every app or website.
7. Ownership
Robotron, its design, theme music and code belong to Infinity TechSolution. Your licence lets you use the app; it does not let you copy, decompile, resell or redistribute it.
8. No warranty and limits of liability
Robotron is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for actions taken by the app on your instructions after you confirmed them. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for your current plan.
9. Ending use
You can stop using Robotron at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend a licence that is shared, resold, bought fraudulently or used to break these terms or the law.
10. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first at robotron@infinitytechsolutions.tech and we will try to solve any problem quickly.
11. Changes
We may change these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use Robotron after a change means you accept it.
