Privacy policy
In short
- Your settings, history, the contacts Robotron learns and your API keys stay on your PC. Keys are stored encrypted with Windows data protection.
- The AI runs on your own Google Gemini and Groq keys. What you say and what you ask Robotron to read goes to those services under your account, not through our servers.
- Our licence server only receives a hashed PC ID, your free-command count and, if you buy, your licence, order and the email you give. We never see your card or UPI details.
- No ads, no analytics, no trackers. We do not sell or share your data.
1. Who we are
Robotron is made and run by Infinity TechSolution (“we”, “us”), India. Contact: robotron@infinitytechsolutions.tech.
2. What stays on your PC
Robotron stores the following in your Windows user folder (%APPDATA%\Robotron) and in folders you can see (for example your screen recordings). It is not sent to us.
- Your settings (name, language, voice, devices), your Gemini / Groq / optional ElevenLabs keys (encrypted with Windows data protection, DPAPI).
- Conversation memory, names and numbers Robotron learns so it can message or call the right person, routines you record, and a local log file.
- Phone pairing data for the Robotron Bridge app.
You can delete all of it by uninstalling Robotron and deleting %APPDATA%\Robotron.
3. What goes to third-party services (with your own keys)
| Service | What is sent | When |
|---|---|---|
| Google Gemini (your key) | Your voice in live mode, your requests, and the text or screenshot of the screen when you ask Robotron to read or look at it | Whenever you talk to Robotron or ask it about the screen |
| Groq (your key) | Short recordings of your voice for speech-to-text, and requests for its language model | When you speak in work / chat mode, or as a backup |
| Microsoft online speech | The text of Robotron’s spoken replies | When Robotron reads a reply aloud outside live mode |
| ElevenLabs (optional, your key) | The text of spoken replies | Only if you add an ElevenLabs key |
| Web search (Bing, DuckDuckGo) and the websites you ask for | Your search words | When you ask for live answers or to search |
These services handle that data under their own privacy policies and your own account with them. Free tiers of AI services may use data to improve their products; check Google’s and Groq’s terms for your key.
4. What our licence server receives
- PC ID: a one-way SHA-256 hash of your Windows installation ID. It cannot be turned back into anything about you; it lets one licence work on one PC.
- Free-command count for that PC ID, so the free commands are given once per PC.
- If you buy: the plan, price, coupon (if any), the email you enter on the payment page (optional), the Razorpay order and payment IDs, your licence key, its expiry and which PC it is on.
The licence server runs on Cloudflare. We keep licence and order records for as long as needed for your licence and for tax and accounting law (normally up to 8 years for payment records in India).
5. Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI or bank details go directly to Razorpay and are never seen or stored by us. Razorpay’s privacy policy applies to that data.
6. Phones (Robotron Bridge)
The Bridge app connects your Android phone to Robotron on your own Wi-Fi. Commands, screen contents needed to tap the right button and your phone’s contact names travel between your phone and your PC only. With your permission (Android accessibility) it can tap and type for you; it does not read password fields. Screen recordings you start are saved on the phone.
7. Microphone and screen
Robotron listens through your microphone while it is open (you can mute it). It looks at the screen only when a command needs it, for example “read this page” or “click the Add to Cart button”.
8. This website
The website does not use cookies, analytics or trackers. Our hosting provider (Vercel) keeps standard server logs (such as IP address and time) for security.
9. Children
Robotron is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
10. Your choices and rights
You can ask us for a copy of, or to delete, the licence and order data we hold about you (we may keep payment records the law requires). Write to robotron@infinitytechsolutions.tech with your licence key or the email you bought with.
11. Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. Important changes will also be shown in the app.
