Refund and cancellation policy
In short
- Plans are not refundable once bought, except where the law says otherwise or where we cannot deliver what you paid for.
- Plans are one-time payments. Nothing renews by itself, so there is nothing to cancel.

1. Cancellation
Every RoboWorker plan (Daily, Weekly, Monthly) is a one-time payment for a fixed period. There is no subscription and no automatic renewal, so you never have to cancel to avoid another charge. When the period ends, the extension goes back to the free plan.
2. When we refund
- We cannot deliver. If you paid but did not receive a working key, or the extension does not work as described and we cannot fix it in a reasonable time after you tell us, we refund the plan you bought.
- Charged twice or by mistake. We refund duplicate or unauthorised charges for the same purchase.
- The law says so. Nothing in this policy limits a refund right you have under the law where you live.
3. When we do not refund
- The key has been activated and used, and the plan simply was not what you hoped for (for example a website you automate changed or blocked automation).
- The key was revoked because it was shared, resold or used against our terms.
- You bought the wrong plan by mistake but already activated it. Contact us anyway: if the plan has barely started, we will look at it case by case.
4. How to ask for a refund
Email akashmamtahimc@gmail.com from the address you bought with and include your license key (it starts with ROBO-) and a line about what went wrong. We reply as soon as we can, normally within a few working days.
5. How you get the money
Refunds go back to the original payment method through Razorpay or Stripe. We start the refund when we approve it; how long it takes to show up depends on your bank or card issuer (it often takes several working days). When a refund is made, the license key stops working and the extension returns to the free plan.
